The aim of this study was to investigate the relationships between need for stimulation and cognitive-behavioral style of personal activity. The preferences for the specified form of cognitive and behavioral styles is considered as a regulatory process of stimulation. The results showed that on the cognitive level the need for cognitive closure can be examined as a form of stimulation input control. However, on the behavioral level these relations are more complex. The expected positive relation between the point strategy and low need for stimulation have not been confirmed. These outcomes was explained by the transactional approach.pl_PL
