dc.description.abstract128 workers, aged 18–57, were investigated with Job Affect Scale (affective job satisfaction), Job Satisfaction Scale (cognitive job satisfaction) and Reactivity Questionnaire to measure general reactivity. Reactivity is not related to cognitive job satisfaction, but it shows positive correlations with intensity of negative affect and negative correlations with intensity of positive affect at work. We can observe connections between the three investigated aspects of job satisfaction only among low reactive workers.pl_PL
