Kontrolliert und gesteuert? Zu Controlling-Mechanismen beim SD-Vorgang – didaktische Implikationen

Abstract

Das Phänomen des Controlling-Systems als metakognitiven Ensembles von mentalen Operationen und Performanz der ZS-Texthandlungen (vgl. Żmudzki 1995: 143) lässt sich ohne Zweifel auf den SD-Vorgang beziehen. Im Fokus der vorliegenden Ausführungen liegt dementsprechend die Frage, wie Studierende, zukünftige Simultandolmetscher, die Aktivierung von Controlling-Mechanismen lernen können. Im Anschluss daran werden drei Formen des Controlling-Systems (Portfolio, Selbst- und Fremdbewertungsbogen) vorgeschlagen, mit deren Hilfe Studierende die Entwicklung ihrer translatorischen Kompetenz (selbst) beobachten, kontrollieren und bewerten.

Translating competence comprisesthe ability to understand the source text and to produce the target text. It includes the ability to use the linguistic and specialised knowledge, to assess the problems of text comprehension and production and finally to develop strategies for the efficient translation (Żmudzki 2013a: 48-49). The aim of the article is to establish the forms of controlling-system (Żmudzki 1995: 143)as a didactic instrument, which helps to develop student’s translating competence and their activities:the self-observation, self-judgement and self-reaction (Moser-Mercer 2008: 14-15)in the area of simultaneous interpreting.
