Abstract

The article is aimed to present and contribute to the subject of withdrawal of the company from the capital market as a way of realization of the exit strategy. The reasons and methods of such withdrawal from the stock exchange have been indicated as well as the scale of such phenomenon on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Author attempts to bring up the topics related to the possible evaluation of effectiveness and threats of such form of „privatization”.
