Abstract

This paper examines the relationship between the size of the premiums, and the following topics such as: the nature of the acquisition, the state of economic conditions, the value of transactions, and the quality of corporate governance. The presented analysis is a starting point to conduct in-depth research of M&A processes on emerging markets, especially Polish capital market.
