Innowacje biotechnologiczne w branży rolno-spożywczej

Abstract

The waste management technologies, such as incineration or gasification face the lack of social acceptance in Poland. Scaling the processes of the waste gasification to micro-scale biogas technology may lead not only to alleviation of the growing problem of waste, but also creation of the Polish biotechnology specialization as an innovation accelerator. The article presents the idea of integrating the micro biogas production process into the technological agri-food industry line and cover the energy needs thanks to production of renewable energy. The management system of biotechnological process can be run in conjunction with the processes of optimizing the consumption of electricity, heat and cooling.
