Streszczenie
The article presents the genesis and determinants of the management adaptiveness in
the modern organizations. The connections between organizational effectiveness and
management adaptiveness have been described. The importance of the management
adaptiveness considering modern conceptions and methods of management has been
characterized. In the last part of the article the measures and tools used for measurement
of management adaptiveness and their connections with valuation of the organizational
effectiveness have been discussed.
