Finansowe aspekty polityki przestrzennej samorządów terytorialnych

Abstract

The financial results of spatial policy is the main subject of this article. Considerations are concentrated on the basic instruments of spatial policy which are local spatial planning. The above stated issue of financial results is presented in three perspectives: 1. in a narrow and broad interpretation, 2. in a chronological order of the spatial development process, 3. in a short and long time perspective. In the article attention is also drawn to somewhat broader effects of spatial policy, namely rationality of the spatial development processes, and its contemporary determinants in Poland. Some conclusions are given at the end of this paper.
