Streszczenie
This article describes Taroko Gorge, a short program written by Nick Montfort in 2009 in Python, and later in JavaScript – a program that generates an infinite nature poem inspired by the stunning Taroko Gorge in Taiwan – and two of its remixes: Tokyo Garage by Scott Rettberg, which is the first appropriation of Taroko Gorge that initiated along tradition of rewriting Montfort’s original code, and Tournedo Gorge by Kathee Inman Berens. The article draws attention to the possibilities that the remixing process offers in teaching of electronic literature.
