Pedagogiczne źródła stanowienia celów pracy socjalno-wychowawczej
Streszczenie
Goals of welf are work (tasks of a social welf are employee) are
formulated in languages of different disciplines such as e.g. social
policy, sociology, psychology, etc. The present article is an attempt
at their determination basing on traditional concepts of social
pedagogics such as assistance, care, life - saving, social welfare,
social security. They constitute an object of critical analysis,
which does not aim at rejecting them but rather redefining taking into account contemporary expectations in relation to the profession of social welfare employee. This what is really an object
of criticismis the understanding of welfare workas assistance for
the "ill - adjusted", "weaker", "poorer", "worse". Such approach, especially at the time of the crisis of "protectivestate" makes it impossible to benefit from a true and effective assistance. This
thesis ensues both from the theoretical analysis of the concepts in
question and from their confrontation with practice of welfare work
and escurtainnients of other disciplines than social pedagogics.
