dc.description.abstract | Properly planned and effectively implemented strategies lead to long-term competitive
advantage on the market. Deep analysis and considerations on the subject of strategic targets
and ways o f receiving them are the conditions of company strong position.
The most important is however an ability of constant implementation of the strategy and
elasticity in changing world. An important element of strategy building is knowledge and use
of creative thinking techniques, especially as far as group preparing strategy is concerned.
From many factors influencing effectiveness of activities of strategic character, the most
important are features and skills of the leaders and abilities to group building and managing
