Zmiany w świetle wybranych koncepcji funkcjonowania organizacji

Abstract

In the article there were presented changes from the perspective of three conceptions: game as a mechanism that regulates organizational processes, organizational balance and organizational development (OD) as an example of methodological orientation in the organizational sciences. It was also pointed out that only the compound of three above-mentioned conceptions enables interpreting problem of changes in the proper way.
