dc.description.abstractThe essential goal of this article is to reveal the size and nature of employee ownership taking place in the largest European enterprises and banks. The major hypothesis affirms that in most of the studied companies and banks there has occurred the stable and not high enough share of employee ownership in capitalization of these entities. The empirical verification of this hypothesis has been done on the basis of data published by The European Federation of Employee Share Ownership in the years 2006–2009.pl_PL
