Streszczenie
The article discusses the question of harmonising work life and personal life in the context of
modern determinants. It presents selected issues connected with the work-personal life balance and
directions of action in that area. In particular, the range of issues includes:
- feminization of employment versus family duties,
- reconciling family duties with work life,
- economic activity of men and women and the family life,
- directions in the harmonization of the dyad: work life and a family.
