<title>Psychoanaliza dzieci według Melanii Klein</title>

<description>Psychoanaliza dzieci według Melanii Klein
Szałek, Piotr
Participants of polemics connected with the psychotherapeutic aspect of psychoanalysis, discuss the most often about technique. Controversies considerable relating to psychological theory and philosophy, lying at bases of this technique, are treated as secondary. This approach creates conflicting directives of therapeutic technique, forges its ethical dimension and description of psychical life of individual, introduces in the area of culture notions and phenomena not dependent on the social control. Threats resulting from these should be counteracted by psychotherapist's theoretical and philosophical reflection.

<description>Fenomenologia i kognitywizm: dwa spojrzenia na emocje w odniesieniu do świata sztuk
Zalewski, Andrzej
The subject of this paper is the controversy between cognitivist philosophy and phenomenology concerning the nature of emotions. This article has a limited scope restricted to the domain of the aesthetic emotions usually dependent on the works of art and literature. The author raises the criticism against the cognitivist stance, this criticism based chiefly on the principles of Max Scheler's phenomenology of emotions.

<title>Lew Szestow wobec filozoficznej tradycji Aten</title>

<description>Lew Szestow wobec filozoficznej tradycji Aten
Litwin, Radosław
In this article we are trying to show the Shestovs point of view at the origins and nature of rationalistic philosophy which he names "philosophy of Athens". It's very important part of Shestov philosophy, for it helps him to explain the true situation of a modern man in the world.&#13;
	For Shestov the Greek philosophy was not the result of astonishment, but fear. Fear of unknown, chaotic reality. In order to get rid of that man started to search for certainty and order, both on the ground of metaphysics and ethics. The only appropriate instrument here was Reason with his necessary and immutable truths.&#13;
	For Shestov the whole history of Greek philosophy in general is a process of gradual rationalization of the world.

<title>Śladami solipsyzmu. Medytacja wokół pewnego zagadkowego fragmentu z rozprawy doktorskiej Schopenhauera</title>

<description>Śladami solipsyzmu. Medytacja wokół pewnego zagadkowego fragmentu z rozprawy doktorskiej Schopenhauera
Oleksy, Mateusz
This article is a proposal for in-depth reading of Schopenhauer's doctoral treatise "On the Fourfold Root of the Principle of Sufficient Reason" and a recontextualisation of his thought (Wittgenstein's early and later remarks about subjectivity, the analyses of ego-centric discourse in analytic philosophy of language). I venture to expose and at least partly analyse the basic problems implicit in the enigmatic statement made by Schopenhauer in his treatise. Such issued as the existence of the cognizing subject and its individualization, the relations between subject, body and will, self-identification of the subject and the role of first-person point of view are looked at from the perspective of the central question about the origin of solipsism in the modern philosophy of subjectivity. In a broader context, Schopenhauer's philosophy is considered as a key stage in the collapse of modern subjectivism with its idea of epistemologically and ontologically autonomous self-conscious subject.
