Streszczenie
The article discusses issues concerning learning and self-improvement in a workplace. It discusses selected strategies and intergenerational learning methods, such as mentoring and building the culture of mentoring and intermentoring. Particular attention was paid to the use of experience in the learning process and skills development for learning and self-education that is necessary for learning organizations. Andragogical model of learning by Malcolm S. Knowles was briefly mentioned, with an emphasis on aspects related to the development of learning skills and self-education.
