Conceptions of personalization can be used to involve students in educational processes. It seem to be a factor helping to increase the effeciency of that process. It is demanded that the involvement can be controlled and that is why the author wants to recognise students and techers also as responsible for the deficit of it in Polish school. Personalization consists in diagnosis and taking full adventage of students potential by adaptation elements of educational process to their needs and predispositions. The technic of personalization talked over in the article needs to fit construction of didactical excersise to students potential. Teacher must get know excercises anathomy and try to bring closer all of its parts to students predispositions. The article has not got an ambition to touch in all aspects of the phenomenon. It depicts the way of thinking about personalizated educacy which can be effective means to encourage students involvement.
